Guests are welcome to bring well behaved pets to our oasis. We will add a pet fee of $20 to your reservation so please let our Host know. Here are a few rules that help people, property, pets, and sensitive wildlife safe.
Pets MUST be on a leash
Do not leave pets unattended in the room.
Clean up after your pet.
Keep pets off the furniture.

Our main water source is the Colorado River. The water used for our sinks, showers & toilets is filtered and purified, but we do not recommend drinking it (just in case). We do provide some bottled water inside each unit for your convenience.

Yes, each unit has its own private fire pit. We provide a little wood, but additional wood can be purchased on site.

Yes, playing in the river is a lot of fun, but ALL children MUST be supervised. The river is calm next to our location but the current can be strong. Our location is the LAST river access for tens of miles. So you don’t want to go down stream.

Yes. Guests can access the river and use their own equipment to float the river. HOWEVER- DO NOT START AT THE RANCH! All float trips must start up river from the ranch and can exit at the ranch.

Yes, our ranch has private access to the Colorado river just a short walk from your room. Use the map inside your room for the best way to avoid t e restricted airstrip and get to the water.

Yes, we have a private airstrip on the site. You can even take an introductory flight lesson right from your doorstep. Please follow all posted signs and stay away from the restricted areas. We occasionally have small aircraft coming and going. (Check out our activities page for more info about flight lessons.

Yes. Your unit includes a kitchenette with a stove top and microwave.
Our unique location is far enough from town that a quick trip for food or other essential items is not convenient. Also, once you arrive, you won’t want to leave. ;) -
